Welcome to VisionQ360 (“Platform”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VisionQ360 — a platform that allows you to create a simple webpage for your space with the option to showcase it using immersive 360° images. By using VisionQ360, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
- You must have the rights or permission to represent the space you are showcasing.
- VisionQ360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of the 360° images and other media you upload. By uploading content, you grant VisionQ360 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on your hosted page within our platform.
2.2. Acceptable Use Policy
You may only upload images related to spaces you own or have rights to represent. Content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates privacy or intellectual property laws is prohibited. VisionQ360 reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
2.3. Marketing & SEO
VisionQ360 does not maintain a public directory of spaces and does not provide SEO services for individual listings. Each hosted page is accessible only via its unique link, which you are responsible for sharing and promoting.
2.4. Abusive Behavior
While VisionQ360 is completely free to use, any abusive activity—such as spamming, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service—may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
3. Service Availability
3.1. Free Access
VisionQ360 is currently free to use for all users. You can upload and share 360° spaces, which are hosted on VisionQ360 and accessible via a unique link.
3.2. Fair Use
While there are no paid plans or subscription fees, we reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users and maintain service stability.
3.3. Service Modifications
VisionQ360 may update or change features, services, or usage limits at any time, with notice provided via our platform or email.
4. Account Deletion & Termination
4.1. VisionQ360-Initiated Termination
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Uploading prohibited or infringing content.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity.
4.2. User-Initiated Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting support. Deleting your account will permanently remove your hosted pages and uploaded content from the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Service Provided 'As Is'
VisionQ360 is provided without warranties of any kind and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5.2. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by service interruptions, errors, or data loss.
- We are not responsible for misuse of your content by you, your users, or third parties.
6. Prohibited Uses
6.1. General Restrictions
- You may not use VisionQ360 for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- You may not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks connected to the service.
6.2. Malicious or Deceptive Activities
- You may not use VisionQ360 to conduct, facilitate, or promote phishing, scams, or any other deceptive practices.
- You may not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- You may not use the platform to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
6.3. Content Misuse
- You may not post, upload, or share any content that infringes on the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
- You may not use the platform to harass, abuse, or threaten others.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
